  1. We Raise Them the Old Fashioned Way

  2. Our animals are born and raised on our farm. We know each animal's pedigree, what he was fed, and the superb condition of his health. We have bred our Angus beef and Duroc pork to be tender and tasty and lean. We do no use growth hormones or steroids in our animals. Our feed is forage based (pasture-fed) with no antibiotics and no metabolic enhancers. All our meat is grain finished using grains we grow ourselves. We dry age our products and do not add any water.  Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days to ensure tenderness and taste and all our products are USDA inspected.
